Fletcher Park

Update - May 2008
Andrew Krumweide, a local Eagle Scout has been working to clear out Fletcher Park for a grand garden with paths and water wise plants and bushes.  His group has gotten the park pretty well cleared out and we are looking forward to the upcoming enhancements!

 

 

Update - March 2008
The Eagle Scouts working on this project have been working on plans with the county for fencing, etc and, we believe, have come to an agreeable plan and will begin transforming this adorable park setting very soon!  Check it out.

For those of you who don't know - Fletcher Park is the triangle area at the top of Fern Dr. where it meets Crest Forest Drive.

Fletcher Park -- CCDA worked with Eagle’s Nest Garden Club to revitalize Fletcher Park with mountain-hardy, drought-tolerant plants that require less watering. In 2007, the Mountain Beautiful Committee of the CCDA plans to participate in an Eagle Scout project to transform the park.
